Best place to buy kitchens and bathrooms. Everything was smooth, from the design process, to measuring to installing. I recommend them 100% and give them 5 stars!!!!!

Everyone has heard kitchen renovation horror stories, so when we began the search for a contractor and designer, we kept wondering if what looked like a dream company would become our nightmare. After speaking with at least ten different companies, we chose to work with Samantha O'Leary at Kitchen & Bath Designs in Commack.

From the start, Samantha was a great listener, honest, and made smart recommendations we never would have thought of. She also respected our budget and never made us feel we were cutting corners. Once we signed the contract, Samantha began delivering on every promise. Her design work was phenomenal and though it took time to nail down the exact specs, she was never impatient or insistent we do things her way. And unlike the other kitchen designers who looked at our wish list and said it couldn’t be done she said we absolutely could, and she was right.

We also appreciated the great communication. Samantha was reachable, responsive, and always had answers. If she said she was going to research something she did. If she said she would keep looking for a better solution, she did. And any time we had to speak to the office about payments, they were professional, honest and helpful.

We were also thrilled with the workmanship of Brian, the foreman, Nick and all the vendors who worked in our home. From the demolition, to the electrical and plumbing work to the complex installations, they were amazing. Respectful, patient with our million questions and anxious to please. And now that we are living in our gorgeous kitchen, we are grateful they were absolute perfectionists. The workmanship is stunning!

Finally, and maybe most important, the cost of this project was so much less than was proposed by their competitors and they stuck to the budget (any cost overruns were because we added on). AND they completed the job on the timetable they promised.

As you can tell, we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Samantha and the team at Kitchen & Bath Designs. We now have a dream kitchen with none of the nightmares.
